We live in a world that is constantly changing. We share similar experiences, yet each of us experience change in our own way. Often these changes are stressful – and whether it’s perceived positive or negative stress, the body cannot tell the difference. Stress is still stress. There are many ways to reduce the effects of stress, including Reiki, a facilitated relaxation technique. When we relax, stress is reduced; when we have less stress, many symptoms can simply drop away leaving us feeling much more balanced and closer to or in a state of well being.

Well-Being begins with Self; and while we have to do our own work, we do not have to do it alone. It’s important to ask and allow ourselves to receive help from others.
